The anvil dust for this glass jar vial pendant charm is created and collected exclusively from the Sol Forge blacksmith's shop. This unique pendant conveys a "striking" and rustic look with a hint of whimsy. Wear the pendant alone or add additional charms and create just the look for any day and everyday.

The pendant jar is 0.5mL and this listing is for the single pendant and contents only (no cord or chain is provided).

Personalized options include handcrafted pure soft metal micro charm(s), either brass or copper. Round micro charm tokens can have 1 hand-stamped character on each side; micro charm bar can have up to 4 hand-stamped characters on each side. All options include anvil dust filled to a level to allow movement; amount is at artist's/creator's discretion. Characters available are capitalized alphanumeric, English alphabet.

Due to the completely handcrafted nature of the micro charms, and the essence of the anvil dust, no piece will be the same, and differences are to be anticipated.

Processing and shipping times provided are only an estimate, and are not guaranteed. Sol Forge is not responsible for shipping delays, or lost or damaged packages, and anything directly outside of the Sol Forge’s control. If an item arrives damaged, or a package is not delivered, Sol Forge will gladly do its best to assist you. If that is the case, you must contact Sol Forge immediately upon delivery, or within 10 days of estimated delivery for lost packages, and are expected to keep all packaging and shipping materials, as evidence may be required for any claims process (you are also expected to comply and assist with any needed information for that process).-*

Sol Forge does not accept returns on custom/customized orders, items on sale, or personalized pieces.

Qualifying returns/exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• You must contact Sol Forge within 7 days of delivery for instructions.
• Orders that do not follow the given instructions will not be accepted.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the original shipping cost (this includes what the Sol Forge paid, or what you selected as a shipping upgrade during checkout, whichever is greater). The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• All items must be returned in original, unused condition.
• All returns are subject to a 20% material fee in addition to the original shipping cost (this includes what the Sol Forge paid, or what you selected as a shipping upgrade during checkout, whichever is greater).

Any order that is received back as “return to sender”, or without an agreement, will be considered a forced return and will not be accepted or refunded.

"Urgent Order Status" service, when selected during checkout, ships an order within 2 business days after the day of purchase. Includes USPS Priority Mail or equivalent shipping method determined by Sol Forge (any shipping delay or carrier delay or discrepancies not discussed are not the responsibility of Sol Forge). Bracket sizing-
Brackets are created with the listed dimensions as usable space from inside the lip (excluding any radii). Meaning you will select the bracket size based on the "true" measurement of the shelf piece you will be using. Please note, due to the completely handcrafted nature of the process, there will be a (+) tolerance to ensure proper fit, with the exception of brackets that do not have a front lip; those utilize a (-) tolerance.

Handles and Pulls sizing-
All handles and pulls are sized with the listed dimensions as the measurement from hole to hole. Again, due to the entirely handcrafted nature of the process, there can be (+/-) tolerances.

When a colored or tinted finish is selected it will function as a semi-permanent/temporary rust inhibitor and will wear and patina depending on use and environment. All other finishes should be expected to exhibit the natural visual qualities of steel. Natural raw and oiled finishes will have the mill scale, rust, and marks from the life of the steel. The colored finishes tint and interact with the surface while still giving the feel of the metal substrate (unlike a paint or powder coat). Differences in the finish can include, but are not limited to, sheen, hue, color ranges/fluctuations, and even "density". A distressed finish (when available) will have a bit more marking and extraneous hammer blows to emphasize the rustic effect, while the other options have cleaner lines. Unless a burnished finish is selected, Sol Forge does not guarantee any aspects pertaining to mill scale, rust, and marks from the life of the steel.

*Finish samples available for purchase are created using small scrap pieces of the stock material listed, and are finished based on the selection(s) chosen during purchase. They are not expected to be of any specific size or shape. As described in this listing, as they are handmade after the time of purchase, they are only an example, and will differ from any other piece(s) purchased. These samples are not created as a bracket/handle/pull (or any kind of fixture), and are intended only to provide a general idea utilizing the stock material and example(s) of the finish(es) for your planning purposes.
